Susan Christensen

Susan Christensen has over 20 years of experience in marketing management and communications, operations, business development, and global brand management. As Director, Operations USA, Susan will unify and grow IBI Group’s operational services and reporting structures across the country.

Prior to joining IBI, Susan spent 10 years working with one of the world’s largest freight forwarder and overnight delivery companies, where she was responsible for developing the company’s customer-facing global trade data web applications.
